Suzanne Pleshette, an American actor and voice artist from the United States. In the course of her career that lasted for nearly five decades, she had accumulated more than a hundred credits on her record. Pleshette was born in New York and began her acting career on stage. In later years she began to make the gradual transition to film. Her most renowned films are "Rome Adventure", "The Birds", "Fate Is the Hunter", If It's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium" and "Support Your Gunfighter in the Local Area. Apart from her roles in films, she has played numerous TV films and shows. She was once awarded an Emmy Award and two Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was nominated for Emmy Awards two times, and was awarded an award called the Laurel Award 1963 for The Birds. Pleshette died in 2008 and was awarded an honorary Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
